How to apply
- Contact the College by email or call (00420) 283 893113 and ask to speak to Mrs Rozkošná, Admissions Registrar.
- Arrange to come and see the College on one of our Open Afternoons. or ask for an appointment for you and your child to visit the College and meet the Headmaster.
- At the College, fill in a registration form (which can be completed in advance from the website) and pay a small registration fee.
- Candidates then need to sit the College entrance examination in April on one of two specified dates (special arrangements are possible for candidates living overseas)
For the Czech Curricular Programme: in English, Mathematics, Czech and a non-verbal reasoning test (Czech Programme)
For the International Curricular Programme: English, Mathematics and a non-verbal reasoning test.
After the entrance examination, a number of Scholarships and Bursaries may be awarded to candidates.
Accepting a Place
Offers of places are made as soon as possible after the entrance examination. To accept a place, the parents of the candidate should sign and return the agreement and pay the returnable deposit before a specified date. After that date, the College cannot guarantee the place and may offer it to another candidate. An informal meeting is held at the College at the end of the summer holidays, when students and their parents are given information about the start of the new school year and they meet their form tutors and other students.
Before the start of the academic year in September, we prepare an Induction Programme for new students. This consists of an English course held in school and a 3 day trip for Years 1 and 2 to give new students the opportunity to make friends and enjoy the last of their summer holidays together.

You may print the registration form out, fill it in and bring it with you to the College with the registration fee and copies of the last two school reports.
It is possible to reserve an advanced place for up to two school years ahead after successfully completing the entrance examination.
