The computer course offered by the College is designed to ensure that by the end of Year 3 each student can confidently handle a variety of tasks, using the appropriate software. As well as basic word-processing, spreadsheet and database work, they learn how to make a presentation, create a publication, use the Internet wisely and write simple computer programs. At the end of this course, students will be entered for the Cambridge International Diploma in Information and Communication Technology. More advanced work can be undertaken in Year 4. |
