The College is governed by a Board of Governors drawn from the Czech Republic and the UK and chaired by The Baroness Rawlings. Members of the Board hold honorary positions and are not paid.

Opposition spokesman in the House of Lords on International Development and Foreign Affairs. Former Member of the European Parliament and former Chairman of Council of King´s College, London. Member of the British Council. Governor of the American University in Bulgaria.

Vice Chairwoman
Ann Lewis CMG BA
Free-lance editor and consultant. Former Member of Her Majesty’s Diplomatic Service who spent most of her diplomatic career dealing with Central and Eastern Europe.

Mgr. Naděžda Mokrejšová
Former Head of International Relations Unit, General Directorate of the Civil Service, Office of the Government of the Czech Republic. Now retired.

Richard Bassett
Former journalist. He works as an advisor to banks in Central Europe and is an author of several books.

Dr. Martyn Bond MA DPhil
Former European civil servant. Former Director of the Federal Trust for Education and Research. Visiting Professor at Royal Holloway College, University of London.

Oldřich Černý MA
Executive director of Forum 2000 Foundation and Director of Prague Security Studies Institute.

Dr. Barbara Day MBE PhD
Writer, translator and Senior Fellow at the Prague Society for International Cooperation. Former Director of Jan Hus Educational Foundation (UK).

Vladimír Dvořáček
Partner in KPMG in the Czech Republic with responsibilty for financial risk management.

Simon Eliot
Headmaster of Sherborne School, Dorset since 2000. Former Chairman of HMC South West and Housemaster of Winchester College.

Jan Grozdanovič LLB
Solicitor in Prague and Board member of British Chamber of Commerce. Vice-Chairman of Euro-Czech Forum and Chairman of British Czech and Slovak Law Association.

Greg Hands
Member of the Conservative party. MP for Hammersmith and Fulham.

Graham Horry
Deputy Head of Mission at the British Embassy in Prague.

Ing. Jan Kovařovic CSc
Formerly with the Czech Ministry of Education, PHARE, currently working at the Education Policy Centre at Charles University.

JUDr. Karel Kühnl
Former Minister of Defence and MP of Czech Republic. Former Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the UK. Czech Ambassador to Croatia

Nicholas Morris MA
Barrister. Now retired, having spent his working life in industry. Former Chairman of Governors of Malvern College.

Prof. Lenka Rovná
Chair of the Department of West European Studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University and a Jean Monnet Chair Ad Personam . Author of a number of books on the EU and contemporary Europe.

Margaret Rudland
Former Headmistress of Goldolphin and Latymer School in London and former Chair of the Girls’ Schools Association.

Ing. Zdeněk Tůma
Governor of the Czech National Bank

Former Rector of Masaryk University in Brno, currently Dean of Faculty of Informatics of Masaryk University. Former member of the Senate of the Czech Republic.
