ECP MUN Security Council

On Wednesday evening members of the ECP MUN club took part in a Security Council simulation. Permanent members were represented together with other delegations. Nuclear non-proliferation on the Korean Peninsula was the issue under consideration. The delegates discussed and constructed resolutions. Then they debated and amended one resolution which required international engagement on the issue.

As an IB school committed to the Learner Profile we encourage our students to be thinkers, open-minded and good communicators. The delegates on the ECP Security Council were all this and more.

ECP opens a new drama studio and music courtyard

The Chairman of Governors, Ann Lewis, this week officially opened a new drama studio and music courtyard. The drama studio will allow us to blend the use of commercial theatre spaces in Prague with more homegrown productions in the school itself. The music courtyard will provide an attractive additional outdoor space for relaxing at break and lunchtimes. It is also an ideal venue for impromptu musical events.
