Daniel Ibbitson

Daniel is originally from Yorkshire, England. He graduated his undergraduate in 2008 and post-graduate in 2010. He has since worked at Dixons City Academy in England, holding the positions of Drugs Education, Peer Assessment and later Technology Innovations Coordinator.

He then moved to the Qatar Academy in Doha where he worked as a Technology Integration Facilitator. Daniel moved to the English College in Prague in 2015, where he introduced Computer Science across all year groups and worked on integrating ICT holistically throughout the curriculum.

He has a passion for education, having spoken at conferences in Westminster, Manchester and Doha, also contributing to national research for the Tablets for School UK project. Being a competitive swimmer in his youth, Daniel still enjoys both playing and watching sport in his spare time.
